1. Data collected

When using Numidia AI, the following data may be collected: email address and login information, photos and images uploaded by the user to create avatars or product listings, billing information processed by our payment provider Stripe, and service usage data for improvement and support purposes.

2. Use of data

The data collected is used to provide the service, manage subscriptions and payments, improve the quality of generations, and communicate with the user regarding their account. Uploaded photos and product information may be transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers strictly within the technical scope required for the generation requested by the user.

3. Sharing with third parties

Payment data is processed by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy. Images and prompts provided by the user may be transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence model providers only within the technical scope of the requested generation, without retention beyond what is necessary for that generation, unless otherwise provided by each provider.

4. Data retention

Data is retained for the lifetime of the user account, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion, subject to legal retention obligations, in particular accounting and tax requirements.

5. User rights

In accordance with applicable personal information protection legislation, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete and export their personal data. These requests can be made directly from the user's account area, or by contacting the company at the contact address indicated in the Legal notice.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation, in particular for managing the connection and the user session.

Only with your consent ("Accept / Decline" banner shown on your first visit), the site also uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) and the TikTok pixel (TikTok Technology Limited) to measure the performance of its ads: pages viewed, sign-up and purchase (amount and currency). Sign-ups are also sent directly from our servers (Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API) with your email address and account ID hashed (SHA-256), your IP address and your browser. If you decline, no data is sent to Meta or TikTok.

**Publishing to your social accounts.** If you connect your TikTok account, Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to publish your videos, Numidia only stores the required access tokens (encrypted) and the account name, and only sends the network the video and caption you choose to publish. You can disconnect an account at any time from the publishing window, or revoke access from the network's settings. To change your choice, clear the site's cookies and data in your browser: the banner will appear again.
